Q: What are the production years for NC23 and NC29 CBR400RR?

A: ✅ CBR400RR NC23: 1987–1989
    ✅ CBR400RR NC29 : 1990–1998
        NC29 production ended in 1998, no original factory NC29 bikes made in 1999.

Q: Are NC23 and NC29 fairings interchangeable?

A: NO, full fairing kits for NC23 and NC29 are 100% NOT interchangeable. The front nose, side panels, lower belly pan, rear tail, mounting lugs and hole positions are completely different. You cannot install NC23 fairing onto NC29 or vice versa.

Q: What are the visual differences between NC23 and NC29 fairings?

A: ✅ CBR400RR NC23 (1987-1989)
1. Front nose: Narrow front cowl, twin round headlights with smaller gap, NO external side air ducts.
2. Side fairings: Short & compact side panels, fully covers the area below fuel tank, carburetor hidden.
3. Lower belly pan: Short, simple shape.
4. Rear tail: Short, flat straight tail section, no raised fish-tail shape.

✅ CBR400RR NC29 (1990-1998)
1. Front nose: Wider front cowl, twin round headlights with wider gap, built-out side air ducts on both sides of nose (most obvious mark).
2. Side fairings: Longer, sharp curved side body with integrated air channel. Cutout below fuel tank, carburetor is visible.
3. Lower belly pan: Longer aerodynamic bottom fairing.
4. Rear tail: Distinctive upward curved fish-tail rear tail.

Fast check: If front nose has extended air ducts → NC29. Flat short tail without ducts → NC23.

A: Our NC23 / NC29 fairing sets are ABS plastic. Pre-drilled holes for precise fitment, better quality than handmade fiberglass fairings.

Q: What panels are included in the complete fairing kit?

A: Full kit includes front nose upper cowl, left & right side fairings, lower belly pan, rear tail, inner cover pieces as shown on photo. Free bonus gifts: windscreen, heat shield and tank stickers.

Q: What kind of packaging do you use? Will the fairings get damaged during shipping? A: Our motorcycle fairings are individually wrapped with thick bubble foam, then packed firmly inside a heavy-duty 7-layer corrugated export carton. Every corner of the fairing set is fully padded for shock protection. We adopt strict packaging procedures before shipment to minimize impact risks in transit.
