Production Lead-Time

All our motorcycle fairing kits are made-to-order products. After payment is confirmed, our factory needs 10-20 business days for the complete manufacturing process before dispatch. Complex custom graphic orders may require extra working days.

Order Processing Workflow

• 01 ORDER RECEIVED Factory receives and verifies your order details, motorcycle model, year and paint requirements.
• 02 SURFACE POLISHING Raw ABS fairing panels go through careful polishing to create a smooth base surface before painting.
• 03 GRAPHIC & DRAWING SETUP Technicians prepare decal layout, graphic drawing and color configuration according to your selected design.
• 04 SPRAY-PAINTING Multi-layer base paint and clear-coat painting process is carried out in a professional painting booth.
• 05 DRYING & UV CURING Fairing panels go through full drying and UV light solidification to improve paint hardness, gloss and scratch resistance.
• 06 QUALITY CHECK & PACKAGING Every body panel is inspected for fitment and paint quality, then carefully packed with protective foam and carton box.
• 07 SHIPMENT Package is handed over to the courier. We will send you a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
• 08 INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT Parcel travels via international shipping route to your destination country. Customs clearance time is not included in production days.

Worldwide Shipping & Transit Time

We deliver motorcycle fairings and aftermarket parts to most countries across the globe. Actual transit time after dispatch normally ranges from 10-25 business days, depending on destination country, shipping method and local customs procedure.

Once your goods are dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address. Please allow 1-3 working days for the courier system to update tracking status.
